SuperiorFirst is our down payment assistance program for first-time homebuyers. We offer grants to cover down payments and closing costs acquired during the process of purchasing a first home for low and moderate-income homebuyers. Homebuyers are able to earn up to $2,000 in financial assistance on the purchase of their first home by financing through Superior Credit Union.
