How Do I Make My Company Go Public, Should I Hire An IPO Transfer Agent?

If your business is large enough, you can consider an initial public offering (IPO) in which you will sell your company's shares publicly on the open market. An IPO for your company will mean that you will lose a significant amount of control. Companies looking to go public and list on one of the following stock exchanges may need an experienced adviser. My company was in a similar situation and we needed an IPO Transfer Agent. Then we hired EquityTrack and needless to say they did an amazing job. I would recommend them.
