A lot of people prefer to eat in restaurants with live music. Live music does, of course, cost money, but musicians are also struggling, and many excellent musicians are now ready to play for a lot less than they ever did. Good musical skill can be found among young musicians. A restaurant needs to be distinctive in this poor economy to be profitable.
