Students require social and emotional learning (SEL) skills to grow up as emotionally stable, socially responsible mature persons. Teachers can develop SEL skills in students by determining the level of SEL skills of students on a scale of score 0 to 4 and use assessments such as probing discussions, unobtrusive assessments, and student-generated assessments.
