Karam Kim alongside with her husband Chachi Prasad launched BlueCut, a brand known for infusing elements of streetwear fashion into a beloved line of aprons, coats and other culinary gear. The SJ apron is a tribute to Karam’s mom and draws upon a cherished South Korean tradition of gifting hand made paper carnations to their parents on parents day, as a symbol of love and gratitude.
