What exercises can I do to alleviate wrist pain?

Alleviating wrist pain often involves gentle exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and reduce strain. Here are some exercises to consider:

Wrist Flexor Stretch:

Extend your arm with the palm facing down.

Use your opposite hand to gently press on the fingers, stretching the wrist.

Hold for 15-30 seconds, repeating on each hand.

Wrist Extensor Stretch:

Extend your arm with the palm facing up.

Use your opposite hand to press on the back of the hand, stretching the wrist.

Hold for 15-30 seconds, repeating on each hand.

Wrist Flexor and Extensor Strengthening:

Use a light resistance band for these exercises.

For flexor strengthening, hold one end of the band and flex your wrist upward against resistance.

For extensor strengthening, reverse the grip and extend your wrist against resistance.

Wrist Circles:

Gently rotate your wrists in circular motions.

Perform 10 circles in one direction, then switch.

Finger Taps:

Tap each finger to your thumb, one at a time.

Repeat for 30 seconds.

Always start with gentle stretches and gradually increase intensity. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional for a tailored exercise plan and to rule out any underlying issues
