What makes a good dog groomer?

Groomers must have extensive knowledge of canine behavior and know how to manage dogs with various behavioral issues.  Some dogs may be prone to unexpected biting or nipping, so the groomer must have knowledge of body behavior to identify whether a dog is in pain, scared, or about to misbehave.
